Windows
- To reset Mathematica defaults, hold
down SHIFT-CONTROL
during startup.
- When printing graphs with TrueType fonts on PostScript printers, set the front
end printing option GraphicsPrintingFormat to RenderInFrontEnd to
ensure font fidelity.
Macintosh
- The sequence to reset Mathematica's defaults is SHIFT-OPTION.
- When printing graphs with TrueType fonts on PostScript printers, set the front end
printing option GraphicsPrintingFormat to RenderInFrontEnd to ensure
font fidelity.
Linux
- Add the setting
PixmapCache=NO to the section
[SCREEN] of your Xaccel.ini file to improve the color of
your graphics.
Unix
- You can customize your individual kernel settings by placing kernel initialization commands in the following file.
