This is a fully documented package to produce three dimensional arrows. Though it is similar to the one by TWJ it adds the possibility of controlling the color of the arrow heads and allows the head to have a different color than the shaft of the arrow. The package should be unzipped and then the entire collection of folders should be placed in Mathematica 4.1/AddOns/Extras. Then rebuilding the Help Browser index will allow access to the documentation through the Help Browser.
