IGraph/M is a LibraryLink interface to igraph, the popular network analysis package. It provides deep integration between igraph and Mathematica and allows using igraph's functions directly on Mathematica's Graph objects.
igraph provides many pieces of functionality not included in Mathematica, and alternative implementations for functions that Mathematica already has.
Examples of functionality provided that is not built into Mathematica 10.0: graph isomorphism for vertex- and edge-coloured graphs and multigraphs; subgraph isomorphism; centrality measures for weighted graphs; fast clique counting; weighted cliques; minimum feedback arc set; etc.
