This package is for simulating the effects of a specific dose of antibiotic on bacterial growth, and consequently, the course of the infection. Different pharmacodynamic indices, such as area under regrowth rate- time curve, the equivalent unexposed bacterial inoculum regrowth rate and the expected percent survival are calculated, in order to plot dose-response curve of an antibiotic.
