The Vision software for the Wyko white-light interferometer comes with a package to read the data in Matlab, but not in Mathematica. The Mathematica code provided enables reading the data in the .opd file into Mathematica for further processing. First, the .opd file should be converted into a .asc or .txt file either directly by the Vision software or using a command prompt blk2asc.exe -f . Then the file is read by Mathematica and XYZ data is obtained.
