This notebook creates the arrangement of 16 tetrahedra described in the article "Saturated Vertex-to-Vertex Packings of Unit Tetrahedra" by Heiko Harborth and Meinhard Moller in the 10-07 issue of Geombinatorics.

This structure is the smallest known structure of tetrahedra where each vertex of a tetrahedra makes contact with the vertex of one other tetrahedron and there are no other contacts made. This arrangement contains 16 tetrahedra.
