note.txt: Comment on 2-Ball Packings


P2BallA.m and P2BallH.m are preliminary attempts to deal with the
packing problem in a non-standard form. The usual approach is to fix
the count and then determine the smallest possible radius for the 2-
ball.The maximal packings are almost always asymmetric. With this in
mind author is attempting to formulate a P2BallR.m in which a random
position generator for the images of the unit disk is implemented.
