Summary:

Perturbation expansions for the solutions of ordinary differential equations.

A more detailed discussion is available in the header of
"Perturbation.m" and "Pert-Notebook.ma". Both files contain the
same definitions.


Requirements:

This package is based on SKPackages`NonNegativeQ`.
It must be present.


Installation:

Create a directory "SKPackages". It must be on the search path
of Mathematica (e.g. in the directory "Packages").
Either copy the file "Perturbation.m" into the directory "SKPackages" or
copy the file "Pert-Notebook.ma" into the directory "SKPackages" and
rename the file to "Perturbation.m".

Also copy the file "NonNegativeQ.m" (or the corresponding renamed notebook)
into the directory "SKPackages". It is available from MathSource.
