This package defines the functions ExactNumberQ and Realize. ExactNumberQ[expr] returns True for rational numbers and mathematical constants, and sums, products, and powers involving only such numbers. Realize converts exact numbers, in expressions involving both exact and inexact numbers, into inexact numbers.
