|
BatchRead is an extension of the Get (or <<) command for executing the Mathematica commands in a batch file. In addition to executing the inputs, it enters them into the kernel history of input and output (the In and Out names) and displays the input and output on the screen as it goes through the file. Thus, you see the execution history of the file, and it is entered into the session in the same way as if you had typed in the commands.
