This is a simple Mathematica application that utilizes Mathematica's built in PDF export module in conjunction with my MacClipboard application to enable users to copy a typeset expression in the FrontEnd as PDF so it can be pasted directly into Mac OS X applications such as Apple's Keynote.

If you put this application into your ~/Library/Mathematica/Autoload directory, a "Copy As PDF" menu item will be added to the edit menu the next time you start Mathematica. Select a typeset expression, choose the "Copy As PDF" menu item, switch to Keynote (or other PDF aware application), and paste.
