The last year has seen a lot of new visualization functions and features in a wide variety of fields. We’ll take a quick overview tour of what has been added or improved in the last year. The set of date and time visualizations is growing quickly and has been expanded to include histograms, timelines, and additional plots. There is a small set of geographic visualizations that you can expect to grow quickly in the future. There are new functions for plotting data in both 1D and 4D. There are also a lot of new extensions to existing functions, of which the most visible are the addition of plot themes across the board and the incorporation of regions.
