Microscopes return fascinating images of the world at [Mu]m-scale and beyond. These digital images and volumetric datasets require a special suite of image processing tools that are now an integral part of the Wolfram Language. We will introduce the generation of focus stacks to overcome the shallow depth of field, image stitching to cope with the narrow field of view, interactive viewing options, and various measurement techniques to quantify the world at the microscopic level.
