Computer Vision attempts to describe and to interpret scenes of the world from one or several images. Recent technological breakthroughs enable tackling tasks that humans are no longer the only experts at. Boasting comprehensive features in Image processing, Machine learning, Geometry, Statistics, as well as Numerical and Symbolic computations, Mathematica 10 is a powerful platform for rapid and seamless prototyping of Computer vision applications. This talk introduces briefly Mathematica’s built-in Computer Vision capabilities, and entertains the audience by demonstrating developed applications in a variety of Computer Vision domains.
