Wolfram Technology Conference 2014
Conference location

Champaign, Illinois, USA

This hands-on workshop will give an introduction to many of the symbolic computation capabilities built into Mathematica, including algebraic and differential equation solving, symbolic integration, vector calculus, and special functions. We will discuss interesting examples from each of these areas, give insight into some of the underlying technology, and provide hints for improving your workflow when doing intensive calculations in algebra or calculus. The workshop should be of interest to both beginning and advanced users.
