Over the last few years, we made improvements to the Mathematica-based math courses at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. The precedent to incorporate Mathematica into the math courses at the University of Illinois was set with the Calculus&Mathematica program in the spring of 1989. We will highlight three of the recent changes made. First, we created new, instructive homework assignments for some of the courses that capitalize on the advances in Mathematica and on students' improved ease with computers over the last twenty-five years. Second, we designed modular assignments, making it easier to incorporate Mathematica assignments into any course. Third, we are creating CDF demonstrations with associated worksheets, which are opening the door for Mathematica to be used in the large-lecture sections of Calculus at University of Illinois.
