A primer for using Mathematica to add a new dimension to the way mathematics is taught and learned. Focuses on basics: "front-end" use of Mathematica, basic commands and techniques necessary for effective use of Mathematica in undergraduate mathematics curricula, presentation of fundamental mathematical ideas in calculus, linear algebra, and differential equations, with a discussion on using Mathematica for class presentations and student laboratories.
