 Mathematica is used to express the length of a projectile's trajectory in a vacuum as a function of the area it encompasses. The author shows that independent of kinematics, there is a unique pair of initial angles, 38.82º and 78.18º, resulting in two different parabolas identical in length and encompassing the same areas.
