The paper presents the application of Mathematica for analytical solution of partial differential equations of thin shells of revolution. The systems of equations of equilibrium and infinitesimal displacements of the shells have been reduced to linear ordinary equations of the second order with non-constant coefficients. These linear differential equations have been analytically solved with Mathematica.
