Now that Version 2.0 is available in almost all platforms, we intend to provide our readers with an evaluation of its many new features. The task is much too big for a single person, or even for a single issue of the The Mathematica Journal, so we present a series of reviews of specific (if somewhat ill-defined) areas, written by people who use Mathematica every day in these areas.
