Using Mathematica to Prove and Animate a Property of Cubic Polynomials

We use Mathematica to prove that a tangent line to the graph of ay cubic polynomial with real roots, at a location halfway between any two roots, crosses the x-axis at the third root. Animation is used to show that the above property holds as the roots vary.
