Asking questions, gathering and analyzing data, recognizing patterns and interrelationships, and forming conclusions are certainly important activities in which students of mathematics should be actively engaged. The use of a Computer Algebra System (CAS) such as Derive, Maple, or Mathematica often heightens their mathematical "senses" so that new questions can be asked, new patterns can be recognized, and new conclusions can be formed. The main purpose of this paper is to emphasize the role of a CAS as an experimental tool that students might use to formulate conjectures regarding the digits of n!.
