Description

We have common interests in geometry, use of computers in helping to advance mathematics, and implications for education. [Griffiths is former Dean of Faculty of Mathematical Studies at Southampton University, Oldknow former Head of Mathematics at ChIHE]. We are involved in developments in using computers in undergraduate teaching, changes in course content, and writing related materials. (e.g. Griffiths&Oldknow 7, Neill11, Oldknow 12,13,14,17) We are continuing to develop a style of computer aided working in tackling geometry, of which this paper aims to give a flavour through an abbreviated report of our work. Neither of us professes to be expert in Mathematica.
