Hi, from your posting it is absolute unclear how do you wish to create a Hankel matrix http://mathworld.wolfram.com/HankelMatrix.html from the coefficients of Series[1/Gamma[z], {z, 0, 4}] and there *is* in << LinearAlgebra`MatrixManipulation` HankelMatrix[5] a functio to build a Hankel matrix.
