Description

This notebook provides physical chemistry students with an introduction to the use of numerical integration methods in chemical kinetics. Results from a simple numerical integrator are contrasted with results from a more sophisticated Runge-Kutta approach and with analytical solutions. Students explore the kinetics of a chaotic reaction based on the Lotka-Volterra mechanism.
