This package redefines the system functions "StirlingS1[n,m]" and "StirlingS2[n,m]" according to the definition of Stirling numbers given by Donald Knuth in the article "Two notes on notation", Amer. Math. Monthly, 99 (1992), pp. 403-422.
Improvement: The domain of definition is now enlarged to the whole integral plane.
Disadvantage: The functions take memory to store the computed values.
