Description

This item provides functions to simulate a back propagated neural network, to classify exemplars based on network results, and to examine graphically and numerically the dynamic and final state characteristics of the network. The neural simulation allows the user to interactively specify a number of parameters, and as a user option, to create files representing the progress of the simulation and the random starting seed. 2D, 3D, barplots and density plots are used extensively for portraying cell responses and weights of the network. Functions are documented and an example of a simulation and the analysis of the results is also given.
