Description

This module provides an interface between the IRIS Explorer scientific visualization package and the symbolic mathematical manipulation program Mathematica. The module delivers arrays ("lattices") and scalars ("parameters") from Explorer to Mathematica (across a MathLink communication channel), performs a Mathematica calculation on the data, and retrieves the results for further processing or graphical display in Explorer.
