Knox Packages

Enclosed are KnoxPackages and KnoxPackages_Examples.  KnoxPackages
contains many commands we have developed for teaching functions
(precalculus), calculus, multivariable calculus, and linear algebra.
Place the packages (.m suffix) in a folder called KnoxPackages in
the Mathematica folder.  The Calculus-Examples.ma and
LinearAlgebra-Examples.ma Notebooks contain examples of how to use
the commands.

Updated and expanded versions of these packages are available from the
author.  The charge is
        $30.00 for a single copy.
        $20.00 per copy for 5 to 10 copies
        $15.00 per copy for 10 or more.
