This talk discusses Constructionist learning ideas, and the use of instructor driven formative assessment and coaching to bring about a radically different approach to math education. One where the art and science of Mathematics is takes precedent over static algorithms. The Making Math platform combines course management tools and a custom Mathematica Online technology with emphasis on student exploration and experimentation with a truly interactive content.
