This article describes the writing in Mathematica of a complete electrical circuit analysis program including numerical and symbolic analysis of circuits, noise analysis, and custom plots such as Smith charts. We expect this program to be extremely useful in research and education; furthermore, the techniques it uses are immediately applicable to the analysis of mechanical aned acoustical networks. The high-level and interactive nature of Mathematica allowed the first pass at the program to be written in about two man-weeks.
