Description

In the upcoming version of Mathematica, many functions formerly available through add-on packages have been redesigned, extended, often re-implemented, and are included in the kernel. In my talk I will discuss new functionality in polynomial algebra, algebraic number and number field computations, equation and inequality solving, and exact global optimization.
