Description

The motion of a massive object sliding down a rough spherical ball due to gravity is investigated. In terms of the initial speed and roughness of the surface, the author has applied Mathematica to evaluate angles and the run-times of the object as it leaves the ball. The criteria requiring the object to slide from the top to the equator of the ball is also investigated.
