Description

The problem of the extraction of electron energy distributions from probe measurements in plasmas is based on the solution of ill-conditioned integral equations. The simple method for the solution of such equations on the basis of the Mathematica System is proposed. The results of the treatment of model functions are given. The electron energy distribution in a magnetized hydrogen plasma from the probe measurements is obtained.
